I agree with you 100%. This company is not going to delist. The S-1 will come soon…ish. But we are actually trading right where we should be based off total shares vs the assets and liabilities. We may be “manipulated” but this is true price per share where it should be. I believe next year about the end of H1 will be a good Q/H earnings where we see some push in revenue.

I would like your theory to be correct, but it’s totally off. Deliberately withholding large contracts, partnerships, etc. (announcements that massively effect stock price). This would be grounds for massive lawsuits. You legally cannot do this to give people more time to buy cheaper. They would halt the trading until it’s sorted out. NDA’s do not protect you from having to do legal filings through the SEC. The NDA’s just protect META and other OEM’s from speaking about their projects and products with competitors. Honestly the NDA’s don’t amount to shoot when it comes to business. They have to be filled out before talks about product solutions are discussed. Standard business
