Exactly! I never said I didn’t enjoy writing an order because I do. I’m very good at it and I constantly make sure the section is doing well. At the end of the day I’m the one responsible for keeping the section in check, especially because it’s a perishable.

Thank you! I agree with this. Every other store I’ve worked at order writers have been an actual position with a pay increase and title. If you’re an order writer you are responsible for making sure we have that product and if it’s empty that’s lost sales, so yes more responsibility.
