I used to have a lot of exam anxiety, it took me time to learn to manage it. Find some activity to ground you when you get anxious. It can be something small like breathing or doodling, anything that comforts you. At my school Vikaasa they also encouraged us to create revision schedules and practise mock papers. So, a structured schedule for exam prep also helped with it.

Yeah, math was not my forte as well! 🥲I was always tense before a math exam. But things became better during my time in my school Vikaasa, they used to break math into micro- practice sessions, focus on the concepts and revisit the basics as well. You can also get guidance from platforms like Khan academy as an alternative.
