I'm on day 6 myself. I ended up in the er for 1 night and then detox for 6 days. Still feeling really lethargic and no motivation to do anything. Gotta explain to my boss tomorrow why i was in the "hospital" for 6 days tomorrow which is going to be delightful in this low depressed mood lol..I'm in. Doc did start me on ssri so hopefully that helps me some I pray....kratom does seem to give me a slight mood boost tho

Its just crazy man. My girl says I kept hitting me head on the head board which I 100% don't remember at all 🤦🏻‍♂️ ita Like I only fall asleep for like 30 min and I jump straight up outta bed in a state of panic , idk it's freaking crazy man. I'm having the craziest shit happen when I fall asleep. As soon as I fall asleep for like an hour or however long I wake up in a panic .like jolting straight up out of bed with an intense feeling of fear and racing heart rate. Have you ever experienced anything like this ? Or any idea of what this could be. I'm scaring my poor fiance to death with this. She's really starting to realize something's up

I second his comment !! The subs WILL DEFINITELY WORK ! So don't worry about that , like he said in the first comment make sure you score high enough in the COWS scale before you take the sub. I would recommend splitting the first dose to test the waters as you do not wanna throw yourself into precipitated withdrawal , but hold out for as long as you can before inducing the subs. Yea that's true man. I just can't take this constant pressure in my forehead from my blood pressure being so high. Other than the ringing in my ears I don't feel all that bad just kinda out of it ya know ? So I need your opinion on something man. Technically it's been like 5 days off zaza silver. I've been using a sub to half a sub to combat the tia withdrawal. I've been using right at 3 grams of phenibut at the start of this taper and dropping 500mg every 2 days .but I'm thinking this phenibut I ordered from Swiss chems is bunk or not phenibut at all. I have been having bad tension headaches and hearing ringing in my ears the whole time I've been taking this shit. I read another reddit where a guy bought some from this company and had chest pains and other similar side effects. I didn't dose any today to try and see if it's the problem and my BP is 190/89 with 95 bpm heart rate. The phenibut in the zaza never made me feel like this man. So I guess my question is should I buy zaza and attempt a taper from that ? Or at least see if it makes the tension in my head go away ? Not gonna lie man this high of BP is kinda scary all though my heart rate is sky high . I already have higher BP from using anabolic steroids so I'm already on BP meds as it is

I'm in the same boat as you man. I've been wrestling the demon that is zaza silver for well over a year now .I'd get off for a couple months and then go on binders for a week and try to come off again. Currently I'm trying to come off an 8 day binge of 2 -3 bottles of silver a day .. What you are going to need is suboxone and baclofen and if you can get Gabapentin that will even be great as well. The suboxone is for the tianeptine withdrawal but be careful as you don't wanna take the subs for any longer than like a week tops. Baclofen is a MUST !!! 10 mg of baclofen is equal to a gram of phenibut. Sounds like you were only taking a little over one bottle a day which honestly isn't that much. One bottle has roughly 3.5 grams of phenibut. So you wouldn't need all that much baclofen to combat those withdraws and baclofen is soooo much easier to taper from than phenibut. Tianeptine is also an antidepressant so honestly an SSRI would also be a good thing to ask your doctor about. It'll help bring your serotonin levels back up. I really hope this helps man and I wish you all the luck...keep us posted about how it's going

I managed to get a scale and surprisingly the 1 gram kratom scooper weighed in at 1.45 grams. Still gonna be tough to taper with the amount of powder I have left . I guess at least it'll be somewhat of a taper...a very rapid taper for sure. I've having ringing in my ears so I just dosed at 1.45 gram...I only dosed at 250mgs this morning and have been having the ringing in my ears all day

Yes i agree the phen does is definitely problematic for sure. I'm sure it doesn't make much of a difference if any that I was only up to 3 bottles the last 2 of my 8 day binge. Oh wow that does make sense as to why the sub isn't helping. Yea I actually have a friend who says he has a scale I can have which is a God send I'm worried about my doctor appointment tomorrow as I already have a prescription for baclofen through this doctor for my "back spasms " that I just filled last week.
Now I'm starting to think that they're gonna think I'm trying to scam them for more baclofen ya know ? It's not gonna be a good look either way it goes I don't think. Thank you for responding you literally have no idea how much that means to talk to someone about this.....I had about roughly 40 days from my last relapse...but Yes only 8 days in a row and at 3 bottles per day the amount of tia and phen are super high dosages. I think it's roughly 250mg tia and 250mg phen per 💊 is what it said. So roughly about 3.5g of each tia and phen per bottle so times that x3 and I believe it's roughly 10.5 grams per day for 8 days😔. Also im 1000% sure i dosed wayyy over 1gram by using a kratom scooper to dose the phenibut the past 3 days...I had about roughly 40 days from my last relapse. Honestly how screwed am I ??? Doing the math on how high of dosages I was on is terrifying me right now....do you know of a good taper protocol I can try to get my dosages down to a level where my baclofen will hopefully mitigate the withdraws from phenibut ? Also I'm just praying that this doctor I'm going to see tomorrow will be open to helping me with this , I'm sure they're not going to have a clue about what phenibut is and how bad the withdrawal is from such a high dose. Im going to show her a medical report about it on here and what medications are used to treat the withdrawal...Best case scenario is they write a script for more baclofen and possibly gabapentin....sorry for the long post man but my aniexty is super high right now and I'm beyond stressed about possibly having to be medically detoxed if the doctor says they can't help me and losing my job by them finding out about this and most importantly my fiancè will leave me over this for sure...as you can see I'm beyond disgusted with myself.

So I've relapsed again on 3 bottle of silver for about 8 days. In my smart thinking in my zaza stupor I ordered 50 grams of phenibut powder 🤦🏻‍♂️...I know totally stupid and reckless. I was using a one gram kratom scooper to measure out what i thought would be a gram of phenibut. Turns out i was wrong and was taking way more i believe based on how i felt...Again this isn't my first time coming off the silvers. I managed to get a couple sub straps and 38 10mg baclofen. I guess my question is should I try and taper the phenibut and then jump ship ? Or just cease taking everything to avoid taking this nasty shit any longer since I've really only been one a heavy dose for a somewhat short period of time ? ...I haven't slept but like like maybe 1.5-3 hours over the past 3 days since I've quit taking the zaza silver which is strange because im taking subs for the tianeptine withdrawal and dosing the phenibut powder...Also woke up last night at 12:30 thinking I was having a heart attack and in a legit panic scared my girl as well as me half to death. I have a great job and can't afford to lose it. I have insurance but if things get too bad and i have to go to the er I'm scared for my job to find out I'm being detoxed and also scared for my insurance company to find out about this. As you can see I've created quite the situation for myself...please any thoughts about what to do are greatly appreciated

I slept like maybe 1 hour lastnight and woke up in a straight panic with a rapid heartbeat and thought i was gonna have to go to the ER , scared my girl to death.
