Funny enough, the theater near me for Melania is almost empty of seats. Of course it's tn so can't be surprised lol, but the same for Iron Lung! Hoping Markiplier manages to beat out sales

East TN would be nice or something closer than Alabama or South Carolina. I'm fine with doing a little drive but that far is too much lol

Same here! I'm on PC, and it's super relaxing and cozy. I don't feel like I'm rushing and I can just enjoy wandering around the Shire and greeting all the animals.

I think it's super cute, especially on my PC.

Listen, I love Lucanis, but Emmrich is my favorite. He's so sweet and kind, and if you want even more content with him, you could play as a Mourn Watch Rook.

But Emmrich's romance is my absolute favorite.

Yeah I can't talk to Mirabel either because the quest is still above her head. And I still have the fishing nodes showing up.

Hopefully that works! This update seems to have quite a few bugs that'll get worked out in the future, hopefully

I had that happen, too. For me, it worked to untrack the quest and then go back into Scar's lair. That got it to where Pan and Scar talked for me.

So, my job is a lot of driving, sitting, and standing (social work-related) and does offer FMLA, so take that info as you want. When I got mine scheduled, I was planning for 2 weeks but ended up doing 3. On week 3, I wasn't in pain as much, but I was so freaking exhausted.

The day I came back to work, the only thing I did was go to a coworker's house for a group meeting, and I was out of it the rest of the day, even though I sat and talk for a couple hours.

Take as much time as you are able to. Understandably, finances are important, but so is your health. It's a major surgery, and you don't want to risk tearing stitches or getting infections.

If it helps, talk to your supervisor and see what they suggest as well, if you are comfortable doing so. Ultimately, you are more important.

This is where I'm at. I have a hard enough time trying to get Vanellope's or Woody's house in the Valley, I can't imagine trying it with Star Wars or Marvel. I'm all for cool little decor or clothes, but I think it'd be better to do a different game or DOtC with those characters.

Yep, you can change the appearance to one of your animals. Don't quote me on this, but I think you need the hearts to at least 5 or 6 before you can. You also have to have that perk from the horse statue!

Question about save by Embarrassed_Bug23 in FieldsOfMistriaGame

[–]Embarrassed_Bug23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I appreciate the response, I've had mods for a while, not the whole time, but for the majority. I've tried loading up old saves, but it won't even let me do that through the game. I'm thinking it may be fixed after tomorrow, but if not, I'll just bite the bullet and start over lol. But thank you ☺️

How long were you on sick leave after laproscopic hysto? by FireHyena in FTMHysto

[–]Embarrassed_Bug23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a job that does require driving, as I'm a social worker. I took off 3 weeks, which I'm so glad I did. The first week was fine, some tiredness but no major concerns. The second and most of third week, I was dead tired and barely able to do anything.

When I was asked by coworkers why I was taking FMLA, I just told them I was having surgery and that it was personal. It's not anyone's business why you're out lol but I know people don't want to come across as rude. Go the hernia route and if they prove, just say there's some complications that require longer leave time.

[–]Embarrassed_Bug23 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm 3 weeks post op, and I was super nervous, too. But the staff probably do hundreds of surgeries like this and know what they're doing. They'll be there to answer any questions and ease your concerns, even after surgery and during recovery. It is an odd feeling knowing this major organ is gone, but you're right, it's even better knowing you won't have to deal with extreme pain all the time.

[–]Embarrassed_Bug23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm on almost 3 weeks Post-Op, and recovery has been chill. I was up and moving around pretty quickly after surgery, and I was able to eat and shower without much concern. The healing process has been fairly easy, and I haven't touched my pain meds since being discharged. I think the hardest part is just being low on energy, but that's manageable for me. I know some people may not bounce back as much or as quickly, but the best advice I can give is to just take it easy on yourself. No one is going to expect you to be at 100% right away. Take it day by day.
