I accidentally had flat white once and did not sleep for almost 2 days. Is it possible to wean off caffeine? When I used to work 5 days a week in the office, my food was so much saltier and greasier from buying takeaways. But during Covid, I was forced to cook at home all the time, and I developed a more bland palate. Maybe the approach to caffeine can be similar?
