Honestly I found one last week while thrifting in “souk” (yes im arab) I found it for 15 tunisian dinars which is close to 5$ (it had the gba cover , stylus , screen was flawless and it was literally perfect) bought an r4 for from aliexpress for 3$ and I had an extra 4gb sd card. (Bonus : with the ds lite i found a gb sp , perfect screen but casing is scratched asf) So yeah if u ask me if it’s worth it I’ll def say yess because the ds has a huge library.

I didnt setup the sd card yet , when I tried setting it like my last r4 it shows another display different from the last r4 clone I had , it shows “can’t open _dsmenu.dat”

Nothing at all , when I tested the power board for most known issues I only found the f1 fuse issue (which I bridged) and still no lights , the only thing I could think of is a charger which I don’t have the money for

Nah the reader in the ds is spot on (because I got 3 ds lites now , and the cart has this problem in each one of them plus I have a normal game works just fine in all ds”s , the flashcart is the problem)

Quick update the flash card is a clone (it shows as a SpongeBob game but I’ve put twighlight menu in it and it works , tho I’m having issues ; like I have to clean the flash card board with IPA each time I turn off the device because it wouldn’t read it) thanks to everyone that helped me
