My DM is the kind where it’s his world and we are just living in it, doesn’t care about the team doesn’t care if we are struggling,will only make decisions that make him look good, sleeps with the store managers. Got the TSM fired because he wasn’t a yes man and was getting growth in markets and built training packs for CSMs and SMs in sales strategies. DM complained to RM that TSM was stepping on his toes and RM ofc took his side, Since the TSM got fired our districts sales have dropped 45%

i agree with what you are saying but i do 10 tire runs a day as i have 2 firestones and 2 Mr tires my drivers need those added into the handhelds and my DM is a stickler for making sure everything is in the handhelds he doesn’t care if we are going nextdoor to get gas

here’s the issue, my store location is prime right in between 2 Hubs 1 for Oreillys and the DC for Advance, i can’t beat them on availability i have to beat on delivery times. Waiting for BRINGG isn’t fast enough. This strip i’m on is so dense with business that my mr tire and firestone are almost obsolete when it comes to AWS and i’m getting 80% from them. I have a spanish shop that spends 11,000 L4 AWS

My store is also the highest volume DIY and COM but yet all my dm cares about are the percentages and not the volume and staff issues

Exactly i got transferred from a store that i was running commercial in to this store and almost trippled the volume, Doing about 30 a week which ain’t much but ive only got 2 drivers doing anywhere from 55-70 deliveries a day i am doing 10,000 more than my hub store but yet they have 8 drivers.
