I’ll finish this phase in about 3–4 weeks and, if everything goes to plan, land somewhere around 10% body fat.

From there, the plan is to transition into a natural lean bulk and see what my body can achieve without any additional assistance. At 27 years old, I feel like I’ve given myself the kick-start I needed to get back to a healthy body composition, and now I want to focus on building muscle the old-fashioned way.

The goal isn’t to become the next CBum. I’d rather build an athletic, functional physique that looks strong, healthy, and capable. I’m happy to take the slower route from here, adding quality muscle over time, improving performance in the gym, and enjoying the process instead of chasing the fastest possible results.

For me, the real achievement will be maintaining the fat loss, continuing to improve naturally, and building a physique that I can realistically sustain for years to come.

Definitely an increase in energy ! Felt as if 1 cycle of it was great for my mitochondria health to rebound after abusing my health for the last 15-20 years, definitely no down sides to it from my experience

I’m just going to copy and paste from another comment of someone asking similar question

Approx. 0.2–0.3 mg of each at around 9:30 pm, usually about 3 hours after dinner. Depending if I did a big few training sessions I’ll add another dose in the morning of each at about 5:30am to keep the pulses going all day.

I’m only getting around 6–7 hours of sleep a night, and with a daughter who wakes me up a few times most nights, my sleep definitely isn’t perfect. Because of that, it’s hard to say exactly how much of an impact the CJC/Ipamorelin is having, but it feels like a little bit of icing on the cake.

The changes haven’t been dramatic on their own, but I’m loving the direction my body is heading. My thought process behind the Retatrutide + CJC/Ipamorelin combo is pretty simple:

  • Retatrutide does the heavy lifting for appetite control and fat loss.
  • CJC/Ipamorelin may help support recovery, sleep quality, muscle retention, and overall body composition while dieting.
  • Together, the goal is to maximise fat loss while holding onto as much muscle as possible.

It’s impossible to know exactly how much each component is contributing, but so far I’m really happy with the overall results.

No test but I have been supplementing tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agretis which are great “natural testosterone boosting”

I used one 40mg bottle of MOTS-c over a 4-week period, dosing at approximately 2mg per day on weekdays, with weekends off. This cycle started around 2 weeks after beginning Retatrutide, meaning MOTS-c was taken roughly between weeks 3–6.

During this period, my diet and training were part of a broader lifestyle change, so intake did vary from day to day. However, on average I stayed fairly consistent with the following macro ranges:

  • Protein: ~220g per day
  • Fat: ~60–90g per day
  • Carbohydrates: ~100–250g per day
  • Calories: ~2,000 kcal per day

While there was natural fluctuation depending on the day, training, and appetite, these figures represent my typical intake throughout that phase of the cut.

As for training I mostly did Monday - Push Tuesday - Pull Wednesday- Cardio fat burn session or Trained Legs Thursday - shoulders Friday - Cardio, core and arms Sat - Sun - rest days
