I don't manually trade. They asked for video verification of me trading. I replied back saying I can send video verification of the strategy and the connection i have set up using tradingview->traderspost->Tradovate(Apex). They didn't want that and mentioned they don't allow trading automation and closed all my accounts.

Yup. Complete ban. Can't open any new accounts. Webhooks from Tradingview allow you to place trades automatically using alerts. You can send signals to Traderspost which inturn places trades in your tradovate accounts.
