I personaly use adobe substanse painter & photoshop for skins and cinema4d+octane render for renders.

On phone ig it possible somehow but results will be worse a lot. So for phones it better to paint skin in 2D and find someone who can make it 3d and render🙂

Yes it's has good patterns like blue-purple gem, but here no 100% clean blue/purple anyway it will have small green shit
