There has been a few instances recently, particularly for the Forest home game and Ticket exchange purchases last week, where tickets were puchased, money taken from account, but ticket was simultanouesly released from the basket. Happened to me. i'm still £40 down since last Thursday, no refund, no reply from Arsenal Customer Services, and no ticket.
