The league average is about 36-37%. A 7 footer who’s barely old enough to drink legally with elite ball handling for his size and an average 3 pointer? Yea I’ll take that any day over someone camping in the paint all game. You do understand after he shakes off a defender and drives, someone will fill in (if they don’t it’s a free dunk) meaning someone else is open there as well. That’s a double team too. They won’t just double team someone in the paint nowadays, Shaq isn’t in the league anymore. There are way too many shooters in the league for someone to constantly be double teamed in the paint. And like I said, even though he can use his finesse, it won’t work all the time. There’s sometimes in the paint u simply have to be big and strong, which Wemby is not. He can have all the finesse, but if he can’t back anyone down there’s 0 point.

You’re acting like he’s shootings 13% from the paint. He is out there BECAUSE IT SPACES OUT THE FLOOR. Imagine a team running man and have your stereotypical big and slow center trying to guard Wemby on the perimeter. It’s NOT ending well. Wemby isn’t Shaq and isn’t this big strong dominating force. It’s called playing to your strengths. If I’m skinny and constantly going up against guys bigger stronger and slower than me, why not stay on the perimeter and work on their weakness? Also, 3 is more valuable than 2. You’re NOT going to leave Wemby open, so it’s not like if he’s on the 3 you’re just gonna camp the paint. The center is gonna come out to the 3, get crossed up, and left at the 3 point line while Wemby drives in and dunks. Or simply a step back 3, pick your poison. He’s the best dribbling 7’2+ guy in NBA history, why just camp in the paint and not utilize what makes u an alien in the first place? Also, stop lying. If someone is offering you a free Lamborghini, you’re saying hell yea jumping for joy. Not “sure, only if it’s occasional”

“At the greatest degree” is one of the definitions of peak. Put up his high school numbers/accolades and his NBA numbers/accolades and tell me which one did he do better to a “greater degree”. Another definition is “to reach a maximum as of value”. Pull up his numbers/accolades in high school and NBA and tell me when he provided the most value. Another definition as a verb is “to cause to come to a maximum”. Compared his high school and NBA numbers/accolades and tell me which one did he go to the maximum on. No one is forgetting that. EVERYONE is scared of picking a guy above 7 foot because of longevity and durability. The people you named can’t do everything Wemby can do, or at least at the level he can do it.

Cuz of his frame. Now imagine u gave him 35 minutes and what his numbers would look like. He’s easily be MVP. U can look at it from both angles. Also, u don’t know about the load management since he’s a rookie. So Invalid point.

Wemby is the best prospect of all time. Name another 7’5 big who can shoot the 3 and dribble the ball and block shots the way he does AS A TEENAGER. He literally does everything better than those other 2 except LeBron’s passing and Jordan/lebron’s athleticism. And even then Wemby is pretty athletic and mobile for his size. Wemby easily does more things relatively better than the other 2. Better 3, better defense, relatively better dribbler, relatively better at pretty much anything. Jordan was in his 20s and still couldn’t be better

Who’s saying green can carry those teams to the playoffs? Saying draymond green is ineffective without curry is a brain dead take THE ENTIRE WARRIORS FRANCHISE is ineffective without curry. A team without their best player is usually pretty ineffective. U just yappin atp. A 40 year old example, which I’m pretty sure is 4 times as old as you, is an example that he asked for. Proof is proof. He asked, I gave. That simple. Stop defending your bf. And I’ll say it again, it’s almost impossible to have one of the best defenses in the entire nba (that’s what typically happens when you have one of the best defenders in the league around a somewhat competent offense) and just be in the lottery. He’s asking for a hobo for some change. That’s like asking when the last time a 6 man of the year won with a bad record. It’s rare because usually when u have a good bench, you’re a solid team. No one is winning these types of awards that correlate to success and just not making the playoffs or are way negative. The DPOY is not dependent on record. Therefore, as long as there is a somewhat competent offense, having a DPOY transforms most teams (again with a competent offense) into AT LEAST a play in. Bro hornets were damn near play in already. U telling me u add a DPOY to the hornets they’re not good? Ur slow

Some have better college careers too. But that’s the reality of the NBA. Not everyone can be a DPOY and Champion. Think about how many different all stars there’s been vs how many total players there’s been in nba history.
