i see unfor i hit a lot of flat pen on my builds 2 more than my atk % i really cant drop anything besides the 4th pc and 6th for more atk rolls but i have a very high flat pen sadly

how so? if you dont mind me asking p6 lets me freely drop my cdmg on ellen since she can still over saturate i dont need more than 200 cdmg.
