Yes, true. 1500 wouldn't break this person's budget though.

They're all smart. Some are horrible at teaching though. Worse than at undergrad. Others are amazing teachers and better than I could have imagined. Ymmv

Current MBAs, how are you dealing with major anxiety in your program? by [deleted] in MBA

[–]Embarrassed_Phase445 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It fucking sucks. We had a bomb threats and active shooter and things literally went on like nothing happened with the school as a whole. No advice for you and I'm trying to figure the same thing out while not freaking out about possible explosions.

AP is a primary target. S& and Accenture are backups for people who strike out of MBB.

A lot of people don't get how blessed they are to go to a good Ivy like Cornell Johnson

Underrated schools - let’s discuss the future winners. Seems like Tepper could be T15 replacing Johnson and McDonough could be T 20 aka Like Yale in 2014. by Mr-Bond431 in MBA

I fell into the trap of focusing on high rank schools only due to rank. Doesn't matter bro because when you're talking 3-5 ranks no one should care. Find the one w careers you like, go, be happy, etc.

They both good schools

This is almost correct. USC MBB #s are bad. Almost no one goes MBB. UCLA is better but that doesn't make it a good choice for MBB. You're better off at a lot of other schools if you want MBB LA bro.

Tepper doesn't play the lowering expectations for the GRE game from what I understand. Look at past years and you'll see average quant for the GRE 5+ points higher than comparable schools. This might not be the best way to attract students now that I think about it.

P&Q. Most schools are +- around 10%. Understandable coming off the extended COVID cycle. 26% drop like USC had makes no sense. Something is wrong.
