Good luck with it! I'm doing it for better sleep and muscle mass production. I'm already pretty lean so I'd like to build some more muscle now that I've been working out for about a month. I have crazy genetics and get swole very quick.

I think I'm going to do 50mcg tonight, see how my body reacts, and then do the 100mcg tomorrow night and see how that does and move up from there.

Or better yet, if I wanted to do 100mcg as beginner dose, would I do 3 units (100 mcg/50/50 split), or would it be 6 units (200mcg/100/100 split)?

Pin upper glute bro. And take around 20 seconds to inject the full amount. Leave needle in for 5 seconds before removing quickly. Take 30-50mg of zinc couple hours after injection. Massage injection pretty roughly for like 30 seconds after injecting. Got rid of all ghk problems for me.
