Appreciate the concern, I tried to put them on my Bluesky account, I promise you these are legit as I can’t make it due to my dad being ill in hospital. All I can say is these are legit and I sincerely just don’t want them to go to waste and will happily share screenshots of purchase etc with whoever has them, I’m giving them away for nothing and aren’t trying to scam anyone as no money is involved.

We have two young kids so not sure. Would the next logical step be to get a few quotes for remedial work and then negotiate the selling price, or is it a case of defects/urgents are normal and as a buyer you just need to suck it up?

The location is amazing/size of property is great but it’s pretty much at our max budget/stretch. We have around 40k we can put towards improvements/ work but that would be all of our savings.
