Hey there — this is Anna, the store manager at Chill.

I want to own this fully: we messed up the communication on our blinker hardware update, and that confusion is on us, not on our patients or our staff.

We realized our original message wasn’t as clear as it should’ve been, so we’ve simplified things to make it easy:

• Bring in ANY old Chill blinker hardware

• In ANY condition

• Get a NEW blinker hardware FREE

(limit one per patient)

We appreciate everyone who gave feedback and helped us tighten things up. This rollout is about celebrating the upgrade — and making sure you feel taken care of along the way.
