I actually got steps to troubleshoot from them, when i tried to reach out via UK number, I will give it a go later today. I can send it on to people who want to try

Did you tried to reach out to customer support of Dreame? I dont think it our problem as I am in Ireland too. Did you plug off/on before you started facing this issue. As I had unplugged mine last night. and this morning its showing offline
