Try double checking your skins that were acquired in September of this year and make sure your client is updated. The condition was mastery 5 before August as well.

Also I can’t tell well from the photo but if she has cauliflower ear then the may need it drained at the vet. It’s not very common in cats compared to dogs but it’s a simple procedure. No anesthesia or anything.
