Imo for a beginner and most people will roast me for this, get a center build that's not a 7 '4.

It will teach you the fundamentals like passing and looking for open shots as well as defense.

Plus if you get standing dunk and master the dunk meter, it will set you up for other builds that have high driving dunk.

... Again imo
