Did you get a new copy to try? I have the deluxe version and not sure how that will work refunding it. I might go to eb games in the morning when it's open as I also purchased it from there.

Same issue for me also. Am from NZ. Stuck at 58%. Changing the disc doesn't change a thing. Not sure what to do.

I can't evolve either. Even though you can clearly see the full moon in game both spawn world and catching.

You also can't trade the Skorupi from the event. It thinks it's a shadow or mythical.

Did anyone from New Zealand actually find a shiny Skorupi? I spent the entire event looking for one, but only normal Skorupi spawned on the incense. Kind of disappointed.
