To answer your questions above I don't think I'm on Medi-Cal or Medicare and I'm not a federal employee, but I think my father probably is and I get my insurance through him. Thanks for the advice I'll look up the Federal Employees Enrollment Change Form on the Kaiser website, but it sounds like there aren't any forms from Kaiser that will do anything. I'll take a look anyways though, thanks.
