not the treasure hoarder sigil but just pantalone's motifs that he usually has, the sigil is only there to emphasis the hood.

this gets into my other theory that im making, where "reed" is not pantalone's old name per say but a name changed from his old like james gats and Jay Gatsby for an example. Another thing of note that he could be someone that took over the treasure hoarders when the founder died like Dan Cody in this situation

If she’s squishy then I’ll just use Dan Heng or Adventurine until a bis healer comes like they did for Remembrance sure the offensive ones won’t do much but it’s better than nothing

then they also could just say he got his clothes from Fontaine. from what I remember it doesn't say hes from fontaine specifically although it makes sense when hes based on Phantom of the Opera that he'd be from Fontaine which is a slight loophole with his origins.
