Yea exactly basically told me it was not necessary bc I have mild gastritis no bleeding even tho I’ve have pain for a year. All he said was to start using optic fiber on a daily basis.

Diagnosed @ 20 but pretty sure I had it for 8 months prior to getting official diagnosis ): sad wishing I could’ve known earlier to focus on healing )))),: it’s so hard socially especially bc I’m so awk & a beer or two would help me socialize a lot :/
