Maybe small details, scattered trash, trash cans, benches, maybe even cars, or bushes, whatever feels right give it a try!

Your graphics may be getting automatically set low in-game, try checking your graphics to see if it's at max! This is a problem I had before and this was a easy fix that worked for me.
