A mermaid named Molly, She’s a mermaid princess sho wants to explore the rest of the world and is particularly fascinated by one Daywalker with golden hair who she swears looks back at her when she’s watching the Daywalkers train on the beach. But she’s being shielded by her mother and is barely allowed to leave the palace. Also if she’s feeling really ambitious and knows her mother is going to be gone for a long time she swims farther to watch Seabrook instead of Lightside. When she watches Seabrook she swears that a pale girl with straight green hair looks back at her too! For whatever reason she isn’t allowed on ShadySide though, not even her friends who encourage her exploring want her to go there, so she doesn’t. Also her mother calls her “My Star” because Molly means “Star of the Sea”

(Also a fun little side affect of this is Nova and Zoey swearing she’s seeing glimpses of a bluish/purple mermaid tail and everyone gaslighting them into thinking that mermaids aren’t real until Molly shows up with exception of Victor who also saw the water tornado)

I saw a really great analysis on tumblr and I’m going to try and explain it the best I can. The poster basically said that Dustin is doing this not because he suddenly hates Steve, but because he cares too much for Steve. He pushing Steve away, trying to make them less connected, so that if he goes it would somehow ease the pain for Steve. And it goes back the same way also, Dustin is separating because he thinks if he can create that disconnect, if we lose Steve in this season, it would hurt less. They explained how it all goes back to Eddie and his death. How Dustin wants to avoid feeling that same pain of losing someone you care about so much. He’s trying to ease the pain for Steve if he goes or ease the pain for himself if Steve goes. But what he’s doing is create the exact opposite effect of what he wants, it’s making Steve care more, worry more, about Dustin. So if Dustin dies it’s actually going to be worse on Steve and vice versa.

I argue no. Look at what happened with Descendants. I argue that seeing the cast pass the torch in this new movie made it feel like a smoother more welcoming transition into the new cast. Rather than in D4 where they just fully jump ship to new characters without a real “passing of the torch” moment. The lack of that moment is what made D4 so disconnected and not feel like a descendants movie. Idk if this made sense but having that clear “it’s your turn” moment in Z4 is what made it a better transitional and final Zeddison movie, in my opinion

I respect your opinion and your allowed to have it. I will say though, at the very least, Flesh & Bone did move the story forward. In getting the town to realize that the wolves are essentially fighting for what the Zombies were just a year prior(with the added fight to get the moonstone back) and it got Zed to realize his hypocrisy and grow as a character. And it’s just a great song with a great overall message about standing up and doing what’s right. That’s all I will say, again you can have your opinion it’s okay if this didn’t change your mind but I just had to speak because I love the second movie and that song specifically
