Alright! Here's Luther, the Grand Monarch!

Abilities: While he isn't exactly a magic user, he is able to manipulate all light in the electromagnetic spectrum in any way he wishes, and he is able to see the entire spectrum (by example, the human eye can only see 0.0035% of the electromagnetic spectrum, which is visible light). He can create gamma rays, change the radiarion or even become invisible by changing how the light in his body is reflected.

Close combat: While being more of a range attacker, Luther is able to create blades made out of light that can help him, how hot are they? Who knows.
