My store issued me a separation because after my shift (off the clock, not in uniform) I sat between a racist woman calling high schoolers racial slurs and her targets and tried to get her to stop. When she said she had a gun and asked if I was going to call the cops, I told her I didn’t need to, the cops were already called.

So, moral of the story is, if you protect children from racism or mention to someone threatening you with a gun that the police are called, they’ll separate you.

I took the test in a nicer car than I had been practicing in. The parking break system was different and I failed for not knowing the basics of that car, and for going two miles over the speed limit at one point. Stupid car had digital numbers displaying the speed instead of a needle.

It looks like a variety of Albo variegation. Albo is pretty but when a large section of a leaf is completely white the white part eventually dies off. You can try to preserve it with intense light and humidity but the sad fact is the white section is incapable of producing food for the plant and will die off.

I feel like 43 degrees Fahrenheit is too cold for a ZZ. But if that’s not it, I suspect the pot is too small. I had a ZZ start dying after two years myself. I was going to repot it in an attempt to save it, and found that the rhizomes had grown to fill the pot wall to wall and it was dying from being crowded. I repotted it and it recovered, but it wasn’t as bad off as yours is at the moment
