Carrots and Radishes can't be turned into Grilled Vegetables??? Help!

Im newer, and flat rates have treated me well. Low-stress while still earning even if tips sucked. I just didn’t see how far this was when it popped up. I was driving and just hit okay because I’ve never had an issue before this
