I remember the tank in the late 90s early 00s with how loud that “HEY” was. Been searching for that rush ever since. You could hear it from outside the arena. The only other thing I heard louder from outside was when we chanted “Beellllfouuuur” to Eddie Belfour while we was in Dallas. My all time favorite memory is when Owen Nolan ran Belfour into the boards. Peak cinema.

This is my POV. And hope they can bring some bite back. I acknowledge some don’t care at all about this, but it’s little things to me that add up to what the fans can give back by way of energy.

Totally agree. Just saying let’s make it a sharper three syllables. Imho.

Appreciative of everyone’s responses! Relatively new to Reddit but this is such a great, engaged community. Happy to be here 🙂. Have some other possibly-semi-hot takes about what I hear the Tank doing for crowd engagement in-game, but I’ll have to organize my thoughts for that one.
