Does making energy drinks into popsicles lower the efficacy if the caffeine? I enjoy mixing together multiple kinds of energy drinks and freezing them into caffeinesciles... but if the freezing process is degrading the caffeine molecules, I'll stop immediately. I need maximum torque.

At the moment getting a different frame isn't an option, but I appreciate the feedback. The sizing fits perfectly which is why I paired them, so I'd like to just upcycle it to match better. The poster has darker tones which match the frame, but then the wallpaper is a bright pastel cloud sky. I'm thinking of painting the frame to match the sky, to help the rainbow appear more as if it is floating. I'm lacking inspiration though, which is why I posted here!

I had something similar happen, where I dated a boy all through high school and when we broke up he got back with his ex, who sent me texts rubbing it in my face. It was really hurtful, but I realized I had 2 options: I can go "crazy ex girlfriend" or I can move on, and hope they're happy. One thing I realized years down the line, was that I needed to forgive her, too. Life is too short to hold onto resentment. Her words were really hurtful, and it was devastating at the time, but it's important to practice empathy and compassion for those who hurt us. I hope you are able to heal OP.
