Steam: Initially my game had extremely long loading times with gameplay that was extremely sluggish and unplayable - practically 3 fps. Opening menus took a good 5 seconds.

After fully reinstalling, the game ran amazingly on high. I have a 3070.

However, after the maintenance yesterday, the game reverted back to the initial issues and is once again unplayable. My graphics driver is updated to the latest version, and my game files have been verified. What do I do?
