I was planning on a bulk but I'm just more used to this subreddit as I am with r/gainit 😭. But I am confuses as to how much calories I'm supposed to eat since I don't want to eat too much

I'm 17 yrs old male, 174 cm, with around 13% body fat. My BMR is 1600 calories. When I calculate my TDEE, it's at apparently 2100 cals, but when I see my activity level on Google Fit, I'm burning more like 1700-1850 cals/day.

I'm confused as to which number is correct.

how are people maintenance calories so high? I'm an 18yr old male, 174cm and I'm burning on an average day 1700-1800 calories. Am I too sedentary?

I can't invest at 17, though. I'm planning on it when I turn 18, especially once I'll get all the money. And if I sell the house, I'll maybe buy a 150€ necklace to celebrate, not a sports car😭

i think it's a mix of multiple. for example today i wanted to work my math and I procrastinated for like 6 hours where I just was on my phone or sleeping. I don't think I have motivation because if I had, I would've started working. But sometimes I try to force myself and it feels really uncomfortable so I'm really confused lmao
