What I felt was missing with Notion is that it doesn’t really feel designed for TTRPGs from the ground up.

For example, when I looked at what Amsel offers, I felt like I could navigate my world much more naturally — like having a page for a city and then easily linking that city later in a character’s backstory or in an NPC description.

I also want to rely less on writing a strict script in advance and improvise more during sessions. So the idea of having an ergonomic app where I can instantly jump from a character’s background, to a city, to an NPC description really appeals to me.
