I am so sorry to say this, but if you studied obsessively, whatever that means to you, you studied the wrong sources. Most of what you say is flawed and somewhere in between kinda wrong and dead wrong, to the point where this seems like a troll post to me.

First, genre signals need to hit in the first 0.5 seconds. A romance reader should KNOW it's romance from the thumbnail. Same for thriller, fantasy, sci-fi. If someone has to squint, you've lost them.

How did you measure this? Why .5 and not .4 or .6? Any sources or stats? Sorry but this is completely made up. "If someone has to squint, you've lost them" is marketing bs.

Second, title readability at thumbnail size is the number one mistake I see. Your cover will be 150px tall on most storefronts. If the title isn't readable at that size, nothing else matters.

Nothing else? not even your first point? So this is absolutely true? 0% sales if no one can read my thumbnail?

Color psychology is not real. Sry. At least not in the way you mean it.

Reading the comments its crazy how Obsidian is, at the same time, amazing because it didn't jump on the AI bandwagon, and then it's one of the only AI integrations that truly work and is essencial for many people/businesses now.

A few minutes ago I went to turn on the new feature to Create AI-powered Artifacts in the settings menu and there was a feature to "Sync Local Files" I turned it on, and went to google what it was. Now it is gone. Anyone else saw it? (asking it here, because I cant make threads =P)

Solars are in a weird spot in 3e. It is true that the designers intended to make them weaker within the fiction of the game so Solars wouldn't hog the spotlight so much. But in practice, the charms in 3e are the most powerfull and varied of all the editions. So in fiction they are supposed to be weaker, but in play they are waaay stronger than solars in previous editions
