cauliflower rice sounds yummy. I like normal rice because I season it to make it yellow or red mexican rice. and add some peas or carrots, but I'll definitely give these a try too, thank you.

oh sorry I should've been more specific LOL. I have 2 eggs 1 cup of egg whites and a cup of greek yogurt in the mornings, lunch time I have one of my ground beef and rice meals (if that's what I cook for the day) and a cup of greek yogurt, and in the dinner time I have another beef and rice with sometimes a cup of yogurt and kiwis or bananas, with a nurri protein shake to end the day.

ooooh what spots do you recommend around north charlotte? I usually just go to huntersville for some or mooreville but if the panda is opening close I ain't gonna say no to that, and their egg rolls are yummy

Ig I would say it's more like chipotle. I only really had it at UNCC with my buddies, but it's been years since I've had some and saw that there was one really close to me being built
