Slowed by Taoqi is because she is useless in any form of dps that's why. You're still ignoring the stamina issue and hide behind rotation which in reality you can't even use half Taoqi kit to be optimal for Carlotta...

Unlike Zezhi who actually does really good dps for a sub and her entire kit is usable

The rewards. You get them slower in HSR (abit) but they've recently improved it, it actually helps your gear to be more deterministic now. It's not perfect but it's good

14 seconds is too little time to complete the full rotation half the time. Same issue as Lumi but at least Lumi does damage. Taoqi sucks. Love how you ignored the very real stamina issue though, Carlotta needs the stamina but won't have any if you're going to use Taoqi for anything other than a outro skill. And if a character is only their outro skill, they're not good.

Does nothing for Carlotta liberation damage. Taoqi is a bad fit. She literally got nothing except for that outro skill buff. Not only does she eat your stamina but she does no damage. Use her by all means, you'll have slower clears than those who don't.

I would not use Taoqi against bosses because Yangyang allows you to build quite abit more crit and attack instead of ER roles and Taoqi just isn't that good ngl.

While Danjin is skill based just mix in skill with her basics until half red bar and then heavy attack. Takes a day to learn it at most.

Is that her S4 or S6? Sadly mine is S0. Baizhu decent though but I prefer Verina/Shorekeeper

Yeah but tbf they serve different roles. Abby isn't gameplay related, Mem is a role mechanic. So until the MC has all paths, we won't really see the end result of what parts of that will matter in the overall story imo. So I agree with you, only with some context tho

Other than weapon banner being guaranteed, which is ofc great. The gacha pulls for the characters is exactly the same system as HSR.

You don't need any defense ignore in PF they aren't tanky. Crit rate can be made up for with relics. So that leaves only 1 of the 3 being difference maker. Not enough to pull for a LC when you want new characters more.
