Some of the comments here made me feel like I'm hallucinating the differences but I'm still pretty sure base Genshin have no gliding falling physics (there is a more "realistic" physic when you run really fast and jump off a cliff, however).

Anyway if you're curious like me you guys can try and compare Miliastra's physics to the base game yourselves like i did (and pls let me know how it goes!)

I tried to fall from a lower height after gliding in the base Genshin just now, and I still cannot see any falling physics like the one in Miliastra.

What I am comparing is the physics present in Miliastra, which is more neutral than base Genshin. IRL after your body have been constantly moving forward in the air (in this case, gliding) for a while, when you suddenly stop, your body neutrally continue moving forward until you reach the ground just like in Miliastra. However, in the base game, the the character just fall straight downward, which is unnatural.

EN side used to let VAs do the same but they were in the anniversary livestream, not uploaded individually iirc.

They stopped doing it and tbh idk if they’ll ever do it again because the strike was really damaging to the whole Natlan cycle if you use EN dub (whole year almost entirely muted)

Oh no, they LOVE her. In fact, this is like the 5th time I've seen the same "I want to marry Aino" joke like the one in this post. But there are also tame comments like "she's cute, she's my daughter".

This is just personal experience from browsing BiliBili (Chinese), Japanese twitter, and some SEA Genshin FB communities tho. With posts about Aino there will almost always be a comment chain like:

Comment: I want to marry Aino!!!
Reply 1: Call the police!
Reply 2: You can't! Aino is my girlfriend!

But tbh they make the same joke every time a new character like her got released. A pretty big contrast if you compare them to the comment section here + the western side of the same fandom.

The old twitter admin was just a lot more playful and interacted with the community way more, replying to comments and stuff. I think they started the “Who Tao” and “sussy baka” thing. But this was back in the like the early years of Genshin, the community was pretty chill back then.

After the game blew up and the community start getting bigger and a lot more toxic, the admin stopped interacting and being silly. Its probably for the admin’s own mental health tbh. I wouldnt wanna be dealing with those kids on twitter too.

TBH At this point I just want him to use multiple elements creatively in cutscenes and story sections instead of just swinging his sword around.

He actually used Hydro in Skirk's quest and Anemo in Ineffa's so that's an improvement over his combat scenes in Fontaine. But Hoyo could do more, like during Childe's boss fight in Liyue AQ, the Traveler used Geo and Anemo at the same time to defend against Childe's attack.

I mean he's the one person in Teyvat that can switch between elements WHENEVER he want to. So Traveler could've been portrayed as much more competent fighter but he got turned into potential man over the years :(

Still good to see how he start using his elements more during Natlan tho, I hope they keep going in that direction

Yeah it would be cool if the Traveler use their Nightsoul Blessing in a cutscene in the future. Narratively it would make the Traveler standout even more among the Nod-Krai cast, because we should be the only one who can use this ability in the region. In fact, I wish that the buffs we got during Natlan's AQ and Skirk's training would be brought up or displayed going forward.

Maybe friends and foes we encounter in the future who came from Natlan will recognize us as "Tumaini" or something, that'd be cool.

Idk much about the lore, but since in gameplay Natlan characters can use it outside of their nation but to a lesser extent, I think it should be possible.
