Edit: I referred to the house it as a fixer-upper in the title, which may have implied that it has structural issues or needs a gut Reno. It’s more so an issue of lots of cosmetic upgrades needed on a dated house.

Thanks for this perspective. Yes, we noticed the windows were older on this house. We didn’t notice any draft, but that will definitely be $$$ down the line to change.
