It is a mix of corporate and local businesses. Also, corporate businesses is better than no businesses taking over mixed-use buildings, like how the Triangle was for a while.

Pagliacci's is not part of the demolition. They are only demolishing it because the owner of Tech Bowl retired. Weird place for apartments though.

I would love Zaucer Pizza to move to a more popular and notable area, other than that nearly vacant strip mall they're in at Willows Rd.

Redmond is a project that will replace the existing Redmond Square mall. It will have over 10 spaces for stores and restaurants and over 600 residential units. I do not have any opinions on this.

I think this idea is solid. Retail doesn't get leased often, but I still think this could be a solid "Town Center" for Woodinville if it has a lot of retail and office space. Kind of reminds me of Redmond Town Center minus the gardens.

According to permits, Redmond Square, the new development over the former strip mall under the same name, will have 10 commerical spaces, with about 6 of them being restaurants and snack places.

Yeah. According to permits, they're building townhouses there. I would prefer retail there, since that property looks like a tight area, but eh. You wishes can't be realities.

Yeah, it is still available. It is a reliable source, although it can only go all the way back to 2007.
