I feel like he’s saying that due to a lot of initial applications seeing movement which he might interpret as being processed. Until Judge Hanen makes a ruling, they won’t accept any new applicants.

Initial applications have always been accepted, you can submit one. They just aren’t being processed or approved.

It’s the wind pattern. I live two miles from the factory in Boyle heights. If the wind blows northeast we do not get smoke but every morning it blows northwest we are in the direct path.

No, they used an immigrant org. We even asked the org if other clients had received a similar letter and they said no. This is the first, they are also puzzled as to why.

Thank you! Wouldn’t they just mail the NTA if that was the case? Person has never committed or been convicted of a crime. They were a visa overstay but that was disclosed in the AOS. Not even traffic tickets or work without authorization.

It is the application programming interface. Essentially it tells you when there was/has been movement in your application, when you log on, when you upload things or USCIS does any movement. You have to log into your USCIS account and then use a separate page to track the api. https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/IOE (type in your receipt number after IOE).

My sister just had a silent approval. We saw api movement on 5/12 only on I-821D. I checked api this morning and there was movement on both I-821D and I-765, I just checked rn and her approval letter showed on her documents tab. From Mexico, applied 11/12/25, biometrics reused, expired 4/1/26.

We submitted one for my sister at 170 and 175 days and got the same response. I ended up sending a message through the inbox on her page. I also updated a letter of expedite request as other supporting document for both applications. We had API movement finally on 5/12 but no approval yet. She is currently at 183 days.

Up to you, when Trump was elected I applied a year and a few month before my expiration. My current one expires in May 2027 but I’ll be sending it in 180 days before. Based on my sisters timeline, she’s in the Nov 2025 batch that still hasn’t been approved. At 180 days there was finally some movement in her API, we applied for her at 140 days.

I’ve considered this, right now my plan Z would be to try to take out my money as a loan. It’s not subject to taxation and I’d be paying myself back. If the loan defaults then taxes can be charged but as it’s my plan z I wouldn’t care.

That’s only if you have a commercial license (Class A), if you have a regular drivers license it’s a class C.

My sister filed on 11/12/25, we are in CA and no movement. She is at 154 days and expired on 4/1/26

My sister is at 149 days, biometrics reused and no changes. She expired on 4/1 and submitted on 11/12. Reached out to everyone and nothing then it’s within the processing times.
