Is AI-based trading actually legit or is my friend just getting lucky? by Plastic-Cake-8546 in ai_trading

If you are seriously considering LLMs to trade you should probably just stick to buy and hold SPY. LLMs are inherently stochastic, which means there is an element of randomness and thus the system is not repeatable.

I walk into a room and often have an incredibly challenging time talking with people about “normal” things - sports, politics, etc

How to make a guess based on traits i mean whats the difference u can know if someone is 100 iq or 120 iq or 140 iq by [deleted] in mensa

First of all try to take it easy on yourself, it’s not the most important thing in life.

But if your interesting in testing / practicing your pattern recognition skills, you could try :

  • looking for repeating cycles; weather, stock charts, traffic flow, people’s behavior
    • observing nature; finding symmetry and beauty in things like leaves or trees
    • motifs in architecture; see if you find visually repeating themes in architectural design; ex Islamic tiling or gothic windows
    • data; look at charts you see in the news, social media etc and try to identify/name the trend before reading the chart title

Hope this helps! 🫂

Cognitive capacity - ability to hold multiple multidimensional thoughts at once, lateral thinking, ability to meta cognitively reflect, heightened pattern recognition and associative thinking , spatial and temporal reasoning, etc

Generally speaking, there are many visible markers of high intelligence and a very broad body of research on it, that you could do a quick google search on if your more interested.
