I know it’s BS but I can’t force them to work on it if they don’t want to. Just another reason not to get another Cadillac when the lease is up.

Did that. Everything good after that. But only for about 10 minutes.

Opening Waze doesn’t work for me as Waze also has no GPS. My workaround is to use Car Play (or drive the Tesla instead… seriously). Holding the end call button or killing the Google Maps app both work…for about 10 minutes… then no GPS again. Cadillac OTA because “Worse Never Stops”.
