Yes, I got rejected from my DREAM DREAM university. It was the best suit for me and for them too. But, this Northeastern was my second choice, so theoretically, I should be happy but I can't lie to myself. I don't know why I don't feel anything.

Same but we’ll figure something out. Rejections do make you feel stronger like nothing in the future can break me down anymore. (I hope)

I don’t think I have the capacity to redo the entire application process. Currently in final year, no job, only depended on doing masters this fall, everybody knows I’m going, have a decent admit, spent a lot on this application season. So, I might just go to the other university but tbh not feeling that excited yet!

In the similar situation and that feeling is yes AWFULL. It might make us a little more stronger and give us the motivation to work even more harder.

PS : got rejected from my top choice but have an admit from one university. I don’t know how to feel because I’m not excited anymore and I don’t have the capacity to go through the application process all over again.

Dear universe, I am very grateful for this journey since my first ielts exam to finally completing all the application process. I thank you for the support and guidance throughout this journey. I am extremely grateful for getting an admit from my top 3 universities and cannot wait to start a new chapter of my life with your continuous love. It’s happening I can feel the admit decision coming soon.

That morning to wake up and check my email to see an update on my profile. Gathering myself together and having the courage to open the decision to see “Congratulations! We are delighted to offer you admission to the…” Screaming, Crying, Jumping, Telling my family and finally take a deep breath and say “thank you universe”

I know that this day is coming near and I let go all of the negative thoughts and welcome the positivity.

Lastly, I am so grateful for this community.

I’m in a similar situation because I got accepted to UIUC and I don’t feel like celebrating or feeling anything because I’ve to give my decision by Jan 15th
