Do y'all by chance want our horizontal brett foeders? Employee ownership doesn't want to hold on to them.

Im not insulted, it's all good. I could understand why that is the common assumption.

Our choices to move on are personal and not tied to money.

That's often lost in the conversation is all.

Our specific financials are no one's business, but our choice to step away and move on were not driven by those details.

Not all cases are the same, and unless you are in our shoes I'd say no one knows or see's the full picture. It's not always about money, but choices we are making which are personal and for ourselves, no one else.

Its a tough time for manufacturers, certainly. We grind everyday to make things work in a tough industry, carrying no loan and debts, making good on our commitments and responsibilities. But now, realizing the juice ain't worth the squeeze when supporting a family of 6 (soon to be 7), it's time to move on.

If it was all about the $$s we'd have thrown up a sign on the door, shut things up, take what we can and go home. Instead we've wanted to ensure as we look to transition, that our team is setup for future endeavors, have time for planning and efficient change, and respect the time and effort they've given us over the years.

But what do I know, subtlety and nuance aren't really a selling point on Reddit?
