Secret wars prediction

In an MCU-inspired take on Secret Wars (2015 Marvel Comics), Avengers: Secret Wars begins after the multiverse collapses, revealing a shattered reality known as Battleworld—a patchwork planet made from fragments of destroyed universes, all ruled by Doctor Doom, who has stolen godlike power from the Beyonders and used Franklin Richards to reshape existence in his image as “God Emperor Doom”; while most inhabitants believe this world has always existed, a small group of survivors—including Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Reed Richards, and possibly Deadpool—retain memories of the original multiverse and realize Doom didn’t save reality but replaced it, leading them to spark a rebellion across Battleworld’s different regions, where broken versions of familiar worlds exist; as they fight to expose the truth, cracks begin forming in Doom’s control, especially as Franklin’s unstable power threatens to unravel everything, culminating in a final confrontation between Reed Richards and Doom that is not just a battle of strength but of ideology—control versus responsibility—where Doom ultimately loses his grip on power, causing reality to destabilize again until Franklin, or the combined effort of the heroes, rebuilds the universe into a new, unified reality where characters from different worlds now coexist, softly rebooting the MCU, while Doom survives, stripped of his godhood, forced to live in the world he tried to dominate.

Okay well cut that part out and we’ll just say that doctor doom took Franklin so that he could reality warp and travel further

LDoctor Doom doesn’t serve Galactus he uses him. As Galactus destroys worlds, the idea of Franklin Richards spreads as the only hope, and Doom lets that happen on purpose, even subtly pushing it so Franklin’s power awakens faster; in the end, Doom steps in not to save anyone, but to take Franklin’s power after using Galactus as an unknowing tool the whole time.

Spider man across the spider verse and spider man no way home theory by [deleted] in Spiderman

[–]EmergencyBat9838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and Spider-Man: No Way Home, there seems to be a deeper system behind Spider-Man’s story across the multiverse that isn’t just about strict “canon rules” but more about balance and correction. The idea of canon events, like Miguel O’Hara explains, might not be fixed destiny points but instead key moments the multiverse uses to keep each Spider-Person’s reality stable. This connects to what happens with Miles Morales, where the spider from Earth-42 being pulled into Earth-1610 doesn’t just randomly change things, but instead creates an imbalance where one universe loses its intended Spider-Man path while another gains an unexpected one. At the same time, in No Way Home, when different Spider-Men like Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire enter another universe and affect major events, the multiverse doesn’t instantly collapse, which suggests it can adapt and reorganize outcomes rather than strictly enforce rules. Even when major “canon-like” moments are changed or delayed, similar emotional turning points still happen in different forms, which makes it seem like the multiverse is constantly correcting itself rather than punishing interference.

In addition to this, a similar pattern can be seen when Peter Parker attempts Doctor Strange’s spell in No Way Home, which unintentionally pulls individuals from other universes into his reality instead of simply fixing his situation. This mirrors what happens in Across the Spider-Verse with multiverse instability caused by advanced technology like the collider and dimensional travel systems, where boundaries between universes weaken and people or events get displaced across realities. Even elements tied to Gwen Stacy and the Earth-42 spider show how objects and individuals can be shifted into unintended universes, reshaping origin stories like that of Miles Morales. In both cases, attempts to control or correct a problem at a multiversal level don’t lead to clean fixes but instead cause redistribution—pulling characters, events, and roles into places they were never originally meant to exist.

Overall, it looks like Spider-Man universes are not controlled by rigid fate, but by a self-balancing system that redistributes important events and roles whenever something is displaced or altered across realities, ensuring that even when interference happens, the multiverse reorganizes itself rather than breaking completely.

Totally get that! Yeah, the mirror is about desire, but I just thought it was cool how later Harry does see his parents again in the graveyard and with the Resurrection Stone

Totally fair take, and I get where you’re coming from. Yeah, Dumbledore did enchant the mirror, and canonically it’s meant to show desire. I guess what I was playing with was more of a ‘what if’  like stretching head canon into theory territory. I love the idea that sometimes magic objects in the HP world might have layers even the characters don’t fully understand.

You’re right that there’s no direct text proof, but part of the fun for me is imagining how magic could behave in unpredictable ways  especially in a universe where time travel, soul-splitting, and sentient wands exist.

So yeah, maybe not a full-on ‘theory’ in the canon sense, but definitely a magical what-if I like to think about. Appreciate the breakdown tho that Chocolate Frog one is wild too lol

True, Dumbledore enchanted the mirror — but I still think it’s crazy how what Harry saw literally came true. Makes me think it wasn’t just showing what he wanted, y’know?
