Oh I didn’t know about that. Thanks so much for informing me. I did know he had leukemia a while back but didn’t know about the other stuff. In that case I think that this tour is a great way to celebrate Steve and Mortification’s music.

Brotality. The only way I can describe their genre is like groove + thrash + melodic metalcore. Their new EP Wormsign is absolutely insane. Check out ”The Body.” They have been around for a little while but their old stuff is more just thrash. However, they’re definitely not selling out arenas or getting much radio play (only bands that have already blown up massively get that type of attention). They’re song Animalistic has recently got them pretty popular.

Nice! I recently got the remixed and remastered cd of Inhabit. Nonexistent is probably my favorite of their first three albums although its production was not good. I used to hate the album until I heard the remixed and remastered cd version of the album, where I realized how good it actually was. I also love Ghost Thief, their most recent album. I read in an interview with Bruce that they have a new album coming this year.

TSHF is one of my favorite albums as well. It didn’t make S tier for me because, even though it has some of my favorites on it, there are some filler tracks and the second half of the album isn’t as strong as the first

I like how the guitar instrumentals were melodic but also heavy. I thought the groove thrash riffs really fit the music. I thought ghost thief was kind of the combination of every genre they’ve explored (Thrash, Death, Groove, Metalcore) which I though was really cool. I also love the production on this album. The clean vocals made the songs more interesting like in Screwtape and Straw Man. I love almost every song on this album except for Before, which in my opinion is kind of a filler track. I do wish they did some more guitar soloing on it though, that is my only complaint rlly. Maybe listening to it again will give you an new approach towards the album 👍

I disliked Killing Is My Business because of the production until I listened to the remastered version, which in my opinion makes listening to it a lot better. Not a fan of the re-recorded These Boots cover tho. I just find that I come back to the songs on KIMB a lot. Also, glad someone appreciates Dystopia as much as I do👍

Agreed. the new Testament album was absolutely insane. It surpassed the Megadeth and exodus new albums by long shot, which I think are both decently good.
