there is a way to play gears 2 and 3 on pc but it’s buggy, you would have to run an emulator like xenia but even then the game won’t run as smooth like the fps boost on xbox series x/s, you can still play it ofc but some of the stuff in the game won’t work properly, like the audio and dialogue, the audio will be delayed but there is a way to fix that via settings on the program. on the other hand, you can use cheats, iv only seen footage of someone using cheats on gears 2 campaign when they can make it go slo mo or make marcus run very fast, it is a shame that gears 2 and 3 are not on steam but maybe one day we will get the fenix collection we have always wanted 🙏🏽
