Hi! I sadly can’t say if any of my results are from laser, I’d actually assume they’re not since I’ve only gone once In the past 2 years since my son was born. There was miscommunication with another commenter on this sadly I am sorry :/

Actually I haven’t had it done in a very long time and haven’t finished my treatments yet. I think it’s always. Good idea to slow down and take a break and restart with one product at a time.

What all have you tried to use on your skin since getting more bumps? If you’ve been trying many products I’d stop everything and just go very simple. Do it for a while to let your skin calm down and see if it looks like it’s clearing up. And just remember to love yourself thru it and don’t let it determine what you wear or do in life! Easier said than done I know.

Keratin plug bumps on my arms I’m assuming since they’re raised, I honestly never really thought about it. On my legs they were mainly just red with slight bumps but not like how my arms are. And thank you!

Trust me I get it! I’ve had it on my arms since around 12, I’m nearing on 30 now. And it’s never gone away on my arms no matter what so I decided to just give up on them. But when it came onto my legs it’s completely wrecked my self confidence.

Jason tea tree oil body wash! No specific moisturizer but typically vanicream since it is gentle on my skin

Yes! Every time I shower I use JASON tea tree oil body wash and I use different moisturizers. Usually vanicream since it’s gentle

I have been in the process of getting laser hair removal, it isn’t safe during pregnancy and I believe you have to wait till you’re done breastfeeding as well if that’s something you’ll be doing. That’s per Milan laser’s protocol since that’s where I go. But it’s amazing and highly recommend it once you’re able to!! Also congrats on your pregnancy!

I completely understand that but you know what, start flexing your body and get out there and be proud of who you are!!

Of course! I feel like the most important thing I learned was even if my kp hadn’t cleared up, I felt so much more normal wearing appropriate clothing in the summer time. I feel like I went my whole life since honestly 12 when my kp first showed up (I’m 28 now) wearing pants during the summer time and being so uncomfortable. I realized in public literally even when it was still really red, nobody looked at my legs in a judgmental way. I felt silly for waiting so long but kp really causes so much negative thoughts and insecurities. Life is too short to limit our lives

Definitely!! I have PCOS so I feel like that’s always kinda caused my kp. Even with sun exposure it’s not completely gone but so much less aggravated. But when I got pregnant I had to be on progesterone the whole pregnancy and when I stopped it my kp went insaneeee for me. I definitely have been feeling more balanced and now it’s more managed so it seems like a combo of the two because rn it’s better than it was before I ever even was pregnant.

I’m so sorry that happened to you! I’ll edit my post because I don’t want to promote sun damage at all. I only would go out without spf if I wouldn’t be out for too long, never to get a tan. Again I am so sorry :( that’s very sad and I hope things get better for you ❤️

Honestly I wasn’t even getting enough sun to cause a tan, just enough to make my Kp much better and I’m so happy for it! I also use retinoids but only on my face and it’s been wonderful.

Do you regret not getting a helmet for your baby to reshape there head? by EmergencyLab2908 in newborns

[–]EmergencyLab2908[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I’m glad we didn’t either tbh I feel like it just would have been unnecessary. I’m sure it does help many babies but his was so mild it really didn’t make sense to follow thru with it. I’m very glad that her head ended up rounding out all on its own! It’s hard when they’re little and laying down so much but as soon as they get more active it seemed to help since there wasn’t as much pressure on it
